  • The room prices are per person and day excluding visitor's tax.

  • Breakfast included (from 07:00 to 10:00)

  • Reduction for children on request

  • excl. local tax: € 2.60 per person and night from the age of 16

  • Single room supplement € 5 per day

  • Smoking is forbidden

  • Parking spaces are located directly at the house

  • Check-in: from 2:00 p.m.

  • Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.

  • Payment methods: Cash or bank transfer in advance

  • Please note that a reservation becomes effective only after a confirmation with deposit and cancellation conditions from our side.

  • The general terms and conditions of the Austrian hotel industry are valid.

  • A deposit of 30 % is required when making a reservation.

  • In case of late arrival or early departure we charge 100% of the room price from / until the agreed date. The down payment = cancellation fee! In the case of a subsequent booking (at least 6 days) within a calendar year, the withheld cancellation fee will be credited.
